I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company. Expect to pay at least 20%-30% more than quoted. Expect them to install faulty parts and finally, expect them to charge you for work to be re-done under guarantee, or simply not honour the guarantee agreement. Not recommended. And rude and unprofessional to boot. Disappointed.
Expect to pay at least 20% more than quoted. Also expect to pay for anything faulty shortly after the installation. Also expect disrespectful and unprofessional interactions when these issues are queried. And expect to deal with twisted logic.
Always communicative, always professional, always prompt. Execumove really is first class!
It is with extreme frustration that I write this review. My February 2023 statement shows that I am being charged R4286.27 for 37.19 megs of GPRS roaming. Firstly, the amount charged for 37 megs is absurd and I’m sure super-profits are being leveraged off this data. Secondly, I was on a flight, in mid-air, with my cellphone on airplane mode during the alleged usage. I wrote to Cell C customer care and attached my proof of air ticket that I was on a flight from Paris to Johannesburg during the time that I ostensibly was roaming with GPRS - during the flight my cellphone is in airplane mode. When I called Cell C customer service help centre and spoke to two people, this first contact was cut-off during the conversation, the 2nd contact refused to listen to what I was trying to explain and rolled out the argument that ‘they have no proof that I was not on GPRS’, and that it was activated. When I asked her to explain exactly what GPRS activation meant she point blank avoided the question and stated that I should review the T&CS in my contract. I asked her to please understand and listen to my logic, that it was impossible for me to be on a flight and be GPRS roaming simultaneously. She refused to listen and repeated the same referral to contract. Put simply, I am appalled at Cell C customer care’s lack of respect and bull-headed determination to roll-out a predefined script - to a very valid query. I am now forced to escalate this to Hello Peter and ICASA, despite trying to contact Cell C customer care again. I still have not had a response 3,5 days later. If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this I would welcome them? I even wrote to the CEO of Cell C but the email just bounced back. I am 100% sure I am being incorrectly and erroneously charged for GPRS that I simply did not use. Added to that is the extreme frustration and stress of dealing with incompetent call centre staff, who refuse to listen. Certainly not a good impression of Cell C's customer care. Cell C have caused me extreme frustration and aggravation, they seem unwilling to consider the reversal of this erroneous charge, nor have they acknowledged my email, except via automated response, nor has an apology been issued to me.
BEWARE OF ***ISM, MISOGYNY AND BULLYING Utterly disgusted with the male flight attendant on flight from FA305 13:55 Monday 17 January 2022 from Lanseria to Cape Town. I would caution all women, with children and their families to be on guard. This attendant was out to wield his little bit of power and was unnecessarily threatening and harsh. My mask had slipped whilst I was sleeping, he deliberately woke me to threaten me with a “yellow card”. Most notably He displayed very, very disturbing behaviour, I felt very threatened and uncomfortable - it was very creepy especially in such close confines as he got really close to me. Such gross behaviour and I couldn’t wait to remove myself from the situation. What an ugly, bullying individual. I hope something is done about this!
Always a pleasure dealing with the Execu Move team. They are professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and punctual. Huge appreciation!
Unhelpful, lazy and uncooperative. Not familiar with the own internal processes. Made us do their work for them. Cybersmart are unprofessional. Not recommended.
I was sold a new contract that does not allow one to phone ‘special numbers’ I.e. 086 and 087 numbers, so I have to buy additional airtime in order to call these numbers. The ‘special numbers’ would typically be for a business/company. So be warned people as Cell C deliberately withholds this information from unsuspecting customers, forcing one to spend more. A deliberate, sneaky and disingenuous way to do business. None of their packages include ‘special numbers’ and I was told “this is how it works” - for you maybe Cell C but certainly not for your customers! So if a customer does a lot of business with a corporate, bank or any institution that has a ‘special number’ know that the cell c package does not cover that call in the contact!! I am appalled at how sneaky Cell C is. Bad tactics Cell C, no wonder your business is in trouble!!
