Unable to use my banking app as I supposedly have a app that could compromise my banking security. Ironically nothing new had been installed in the last 2 weeks. Called the ***** hotline as per the message on the app. They transfer me through to the banking department who simply don't answer the phone. I'm moving my accounts over to Discovery Bank. This is pathetic. Been with ABSA for 18 years!
Amazing Service. When I bought parts back in 2023. They put a upgrade kit together at a very affordable price, keeping me posted every step of the way. They were even of assistance when I had a unrelated peripheral issue a year later.
2 Years in a row I've bought ticket upgrades for the Simola Hillclimb, both instances they did not work. I had to walk 2 kms to a senior person to attempt a solution with no positive outcome. A utterly useless system in which Howler shows no interest in fixing
Extremely disappointed in Telkom, after I recieved the device I was not helappy with it and returned it within a week of receiving. Item was not used by me. It had been returned within the allotted time, yet I'm receiving threats for not having paid. No reply on any emails I send. What do you expect one to do in such a situation. Pathetic service
I recently went into my absa app and looked into my past transactions. Today i looked through my last week of transactions. I got billed R150 for viewing 2 periods of statements. Never got a message saying what ill be charge, heck even that I will be charged. Been a customer for 12 years.
Previously had great experience but now twoce had awful experience with them. The main reason i am writing this is due to the fact that i bought a R1400 headset and it only lasted 10months. Nobody is willimg to negotiate any agreement or come to play and satisfy a client. The same product is sold by Evetech with a 24 month warranty. I would appreciate if takealot would at least email one directly instead of sending system generated emails
Poor service. Very unimpressed, logged a refund, only to have the amount credit to my account. Again asked to be refunded and specify once again that it be made eft. Still waiting for my money, it has been 10 days now.
