Pet Travel Cemair - Simply the BEST
Definitely the best service I have ever seen by any airline. My elderly parents travelled with their pet from Margate to OR Tambo return. The kindness, professionalism and service from booking to ground staff was unparalleled. The Pet Travel Manager Lezil Grobler needs special mention.

Frozen ****tail Perfection
I rented a Frozen ****tail slush machine for a family gathering. The entire service offering, delivery, set up, collection, quality of the ****tails and equipment was incredible. The entire experience was fantastic. Probably the best service and value I have come across in a very long time.

Take a Bow Capital Legacy
All companies have issues including Capital Legacy. What makes them stand out is having a Service Specialist like Theresa Carlisle in their employ when things don't go according to plan. My e-mail service request was not only replied to by mail within minutes, I had a phone call from Theresa not long after saying she would be dealing with my issue. Resolved within hours and still had her following up to make sure all was taken care of. Take a bow Theresa Carlisle- you deserve it!

Scam Artists Supreme - Beware on line Retail store Cielo
My young Daughter purchased a Queen Bed base mattress set on the 27th December and went to collect it from their depot. When she got home and opened the boxes she realized that some parts were missing and some parts broken. This could happen at any store so no alarm bells yet. It is now the 10th of January, and we still have no feed back. the customer care department does not exist. If you cannot find a telephone number to contact them you realize its a scam. I urge anybody reading this to not spend one cent with Cielo. They are scam artists preying on the people of this country , hiding behind good looking websites, but remain unaccountable. The meaning of "Cielo" - is "Thieves" in every language.
