I have been with Momentum Medical aid almost a year now and if i knew what a good medical their are i would have moved over years ago. i am on their Custom hospital plan and also have their Gold day to day benefit. it works for me and my family and it is also very affordable. #BlackFriday

i have been a loyal customer for over 3years and the poor service I've been experiencing in the last year makes me sick to my stomach. i have been saying that i work remotely will they reimburse me for the lost days? its been 3weeks and till date I'm just getting empty promises. I'm so tired of their excuses they only wake up when you threaten to cancel or go to these extents then they remember there's a customer waiting assistance
worse customer service ever, and they have the nerve to rob you off your money when you request a refund when you haven't even used or unable to use anything because of waiting periods. if I knew I could only see an optometrist a year later I would have never joined!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this policy. I should have stayed with Discovery rather
