I can't stress enough just how efficient and competent Xneelo staff are. Issues are sorted out immediately, if there are delays, it's never more than 24 hrs. I've been with them for 10 years and they've continued to improve their services and support year on year. Absolutely fantastic.
Timber City Northriding I have never experienced such bad service, lack of communication and time it takes to either generate a quote or, deliver on time as advertised on their website. After all of this, Timber City Northriding now wants us to collect the items, when it's advertised on their website that orders over R2000 get free delivery within 5Kms (we spent over R6,6K). I live in Olivedale (5,2kms from their store). I now have to get a quote for 200 metres of delivery distance. They say 3-5 working days for online purchases, we phoned, emailed our spec, paid immediately and 10 days later, we had to follow up. Avoid Timber City Northriding at all costs.
This business has been using false advertising on the Uber Eats app for ages. They claim if you buy one particular meal (Butter Curry) you'll get one free. This is not the case. If you see their Google reviews it's been going on for a long time and they've made no effort to rectify it. In addition, their portions are dismally small to say the least. One of the biggest rip-offs in Johannesburg.
Why doesn't MWeb approve .co.za domain transfers when requested from another hosting company? I've put in a request to have 3 domains transferred. The client/domain owner hasn't received the ticket. Which means MWeb as the registrar of the domain is receiving the ticket and ignoring it. Please advise.
after all the promises recently from Avast that I would be permanently removed from Avast, (I have tried 4 times to get away from these people) low and behold, Money has been taken out of my account. How in God's name does a whole year of books disappear, after an account was verified, captured, balanced and reports sgenerated! Quickbooks online doesn't even recognise the email address I used to do the project. You sales staff can't help, your tech staff are not calling back or coming up with a solution - how do I go back to the client and tell them a whole years of books is gone after I've provided them with a report. I've been working on other client accounts online, so it's not my computer, or versions etc.. do you have ANY solutions?!!!! And there's no email address to complain to on the ZA site...

I've been using Xneelo ZA and Germany for 6 years, hosting small business clients websites. I've used all the regular ISPs in the past but Xneelo is way above other hosting companies in terms of quality of hosting and 24/7/365 service. Their support / help documents can be easily found by simply Googling "Xneelo" and your query. I hardly have call them, but when I do, requests are handled fast and explanations given are clear. Thank you for being so efficient and affordable - You've enabled me to run my business successfully. Just a side note: Xneelo are Hosting experts, ISPs aren't.
Good service and guidance on what I needed for my office, our internet and voice lines are much better since the installation. Everything was up in 7 days. Been 3 months - so far so good.
I'd just like to thanks Mayfair Gearbox for their wonderful service, I got my car back within 2 days, at a cost well below what I had been quoted elsewhere. Will definately refer!
