We had the best time, until a group checked in. Our room was close to the Boma where they had parties for 2 nights in a row. We complained multiple times, but nothing was done about the noise, as they were a group. Would not recommend, especially if you are individuals. I would expect better for the price you pay to be there
On the 29th of November I went to the Emergency department of Alberton Netcare hospital. I was treated by a doctor and was discharges the same day. After that, I started to develop an allergic reaction and had to be admitted to the hospital on the 30th. I told the doctor who admitted me on the 30th of November that I was there the day before and the doctor gave me medication through my IV. She left to see what medication was given to me, only to return and tell me they must have made a mistake and the medication is not on record, so she can't see what they gave me. I am pregnant, and I am sure you know how dangerous certain medication can be for unborn babies and during pregnancy. The worst part is, I know for a fact that they gave me medication through my IV, as I saw them injecting it into the tube, as well as hang a bottle that connected to the IV tube. What if the allergic reaction was worse? I am extremely unhappy and I will not leave this here!
Our internet has been down for more than a week now and I have bee following up daily. Every day I'm told a technician will contact me to come and fix the line... Same story for a week. I have not been contacted yet. Our company has a huge account with them and I will be closing the account and moving all our contracts. Would NOT recommend!
