I bought an item from Raru on the 27th of Jan. I received feedback from them the following day that they "don't have stock of the item" that I bought. We discussed possible replacements and I decided I would rather refund my purchase (Never received anything for this "purchase"). This concluded our email discussion on the 28th of Jan. I followed up with raru on the 2nd of Feb and asked whether `I` can assist with anything regarding this refund, to which they replied it can take up to "15 working days". Albeit I am writing this on the 15th business day, this "transaction" has left a bitter taste and I wont mention Raru without their "Bad support". Today the 17th of Feb, I have yet to receive anything from Raru.

Afrihost was a good provider way back. They messed up so bad that I wouldnt recommend anyone touching them. Their support is on par with our country's support (not a compliment). I will go out of my way to get someone I know to rather join another isp. The problem is at the management level, wont be fixed anytime soon if at all.
