I was unable to pay my Iime loan back due to personal reasons I was waiting fro December when i get an incentive from work to pay them off I had to change my bank details and Lime just loaded a debi check without me even approving it they debited my new bank account without my consent and broke my budget for the month of November I called the call centre and they were very rude to me like i was a ******** and now they dont want to pay me my money back i will make an arragement with them all i ask is for my money to be refunded so i can feed my family very bad service and ***** due to me not even approving a debi check on my account.

Good Day I was contacted by Aquzania water company about 2 months ago a girl by the name of Precious Nkosi helped me but every single thing she told me from start up fee to first payment was all a lie not one debit that went off was correct last month she said start up fee will be R250 but i paid R294 then she said that end may i will only pay for the 2x water bottles i orderd that was R158 but now they debited me R303 almost double the amount there service is very bad and i am thinking of cancelling everything because of the way this has been handled very poor and unprofessional
Good Day first of all i placed a order with Rentoza for a brand new spinning excises bike waiting 4 weeks and did not get the bike then there shipping department calls me and says they only have a 2nd hand bike so that was a red flag that you don't get brand new items from Rentoza its all second hand things i agreed to take the 2nd hand bike as its made of metal and cant really break so i got a new agreement as they discounted the price from R230 to R195 and when i first placed order i asked that my debit order be on the 25th of every month all this was in agreement now they demanding me to pay the R230 and on the wrong debit order date this just shows that there departments don't communicate please guys don't use Rentoza there service is very bad
I bought the streaming package on the 25th Of January what a night mare as DSTV could not pick up my previous profile and link it then they sorted it out and now my service has been deactivated and they saying i owe them but i just paid for a full month and they recieved my bank statement to trace the card payment for my package what bad service i can see why i went onto streaming packages and left dstv pathetic
Very bad service from DSTV i paid and purchased a streaming package last night made a card payment of R369 but not all my channels were showing i contact DSTV via there live chat option and i tell you what a mess they could not pick up my account saying i did not pay then the help desk guy was asking me to do things that they suppose to know how to do i left dstv over a year ago and went onto streaming flatforms and now i see why i did that last year its very bad service not good at all they took my money very quickly but cant stream my channels i paid for ill stick to streaming thank you for nothing DSTV lost a client once again
Good Day i cancelled Rain in November last year and they still keep trying to debit my bank account causing bank charges i moved over to Fibre as i was getting bad network with Rain in my area this is very bad service as i keep sending a request via there website and my profile and still no contact from them

Bad service from Rentoza my application was firstly declined even thou i have been with them for 2 years already they processed my refund but i had to block my bank card as it was lost so i had to send them my new card details they keep sending me a response saying we refunded you to the old card not understanding that the old card has been deactivated what a nightmare dealing with Rentoza to get my money i still dont have my refund and no one replys or even has an idea of what they talking about all i want is my money i have given them my new bank card details and my bank already comfirmed that there money was reversed back to them because my old bank card is deactivated not sure if this is rocket science but im sure i can do a better job.
Good Day i have ben with Rentoza for 2 years paid off my subscription for my fridge and i have never defaulted i placed an order for a cell phone on the 30th November sent them my proof of address and proof of address for my work place they giving me the run around for my order as if i am a guy trying to defraud them but they have all my details on there system this is not good service at all my new order number is Order #61078
