I ordered fabric on the 15th June 2023.. To date I have not received it. After numerous follow-ups from my side I was told the material is out of stock. After the told me it would be dispatched "soon"... I have asked for a refund and they seem to be ignoring my messages. All I want is my money...

Parklands Letting Services are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. I had to run after them to conduct an inspection when we moved out. I am still running after them to pay my deposit. It is really annoying to have to follow up on people not doing their job. the lease clearly states the deposit will be pain within 21 days. there is no communication regarding this I have to follow up myself.
I signed up in December for a package with Hitech Fibre. the package I signed up for was R550 for the first six months and R699 thereafter. I paid on 7 Dec to have them install it. and again I paid on 26 Dec 2019 (for my Jan subscription). on 3rd Jan I received an invoice for them for the amount of R1352.90. I ignored it at first. they again sent another one. I responded by explaining I am signed up for the R550 package and even attached proof of the payment I made on 26 Dec. they blocked my WIFI on 13 Jan.. I called the office and explained everything. I was promised it would be solved (on 14 Jan)….. Today on 16 Jan I am still without WIFI. This is such an inconvenience as I paid in advance to avoid any hassles.
