Wonderful Experience
My son and I were involved in a serious motorcycle collision with an animal on a gravel road, 30km outside Bloemfontein. VR medical along with Life EMS arrived on scene, 16 minutes after being called. We were stabilised and transported to Life Rosepark Hospital. Throughout the entire ordeal, the EMS guys took great care of us, ensuring that my son was at ease, that I am comfortable, even though my shoulder was shattered and arm was broken, I knew that I was in good hands as it was clear that the team was not just doing their job, they were part of a “calling”. I am in debt to these guys, and it is an experience which will not be forgotten.

Great service and a pleasure to deal with
Excellent service. Both Beish and Bianca assisted me in the most professional manner when I bought a second hand vehicle. Honest, down to earth people playing open cards from te get go. This type of service is rare these days. Thank you.

Excellent Service
I bought a BMW R1200GS from Cheaper Cars. The salesman, Harry, treated me with the utmost respect and the entire process were handled professionally and flawlessly. All my expectations were met and exceeded. I can highly recommend doing business with these guys. They still do things the old school way, with a personal touch. Excellent service
Excellent service, from the minute I enquired on the costing, receiving a response within 5 minutes, to the frequent updates on the progress, to the live location on WhatsApp, to the “photo shoot” when the bike was delivered. Great personal touch. Did not once feel like I was dealing with a corporate business, but it rather felt like I was dealing with my brother in motorcycling.

Fantastic Experience
I would like to compliment you on the great service experienced yesterday on the morning flight from Bloemfontein to Cape Town. From the lady at the check in counter who had a personal touch with my 8 year old son to the Captain who made us feel welcome and at ease, to the air hostesses who treated us with the greatest respect. I am a frequent flyer, and the experience my family and I received yesterday was the best, ever. Thank you for that and please keep it up.

Excellent service
After raising a complaint with customer care regarding the availability of a part for my Isuzu, both Isuzu’s Head Office as well as Isuzu Bloemfontein went out of their way to assist me and to resolve the issue at hand. The sales representative even contacted me via WhatsApp when she could not reach me telephonically. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you. Great customer care.
