STILL WAITING ON COMMUNICATION FOR A PHONE THAT WAS RETURNED- NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE- THEY ARE JUST SENDING AUTOMATED EMAILS SAYING 13 DAYS. THE PHONE WAS RETURNED THE SAME DAY.03 NOVEMBER TODAY IS THE 18TH (15 DAYS AND R15900 LATER!!!
You delivered an incorrect item- iphone 13 instead of an iphone 16- you made the mistake as you put it.. but you are busy telling us about your policies. Fix your problems and do not make it ours. Collect the incorect item and deliver the correct one by Friday, If not REFUND IT ALTOGETHER!!! This was meant to be a birthday gift, you ruined someone's birthday!!!!
I have been waiting for the manager from Century City to call and follow up on my complaint. I went to collect my card last week and ended up leaving after waiting for a year and a half. I left the store without being helped, apparently only one person was assisting in that department. I am still waiting on the manager to call since that was stated on the email that I received on Thursday already.
I went in the store at N1 City to purchase and wanted to have a lost card replaced- I was told that I will have to call a number, I was not given the number to call and had to ask the cashier for it. I asked her if there was no other way since I have the App on my foun and she said no- She still expected that I pay for the items, but how? since I do not have the card?? I ended up leaving without the items- only to find out later when I went on the App that I can use the virtual card on the App. Pathetic service if you ask me.

I ordered a walled online that was advertised for R199 from an original price of R800. I received an email confirming my order. Later it was a Whatsapp message that the item was out of stock, someone then called and said it was bought in store same morning and was out of stock. I was then called and told it was a glitch on the system and they did not know how the item was R199, and that it was out of stock. I went again , item was still and sent them the screenshot, the item is still on the website for R1050. How do you explain that glitch.???
False advertising online , unprofessional and condescending staff
Today I visited the Collection Point at Milnerton and parked my car opposite the road and my handbag was ****** from my car with my wallet and cards and everything else. After I was stuck at their gate as it was not opening. I asked Take a Lot for the camera footage and they have been giving me different stories regarding such.
Very inconsiderate unprofessional staff, manageress could not be bothered about my return. I waited for an hour for an email that was not coming through to them, knowing very well it is a network issue in their store. Please do better!!
Customer service sucks, no courtesy at all. After sending emails and pictures explaining the actuall order as stated on the webiste . I was sent the wrong order twice even- and then billed for collection. Insane!!
