I purchased a hairdryer from GHD and the discount code didn’t go through. I called GHD and they told me to purchase it again and they would refund me. They made a mistake and didn’t do the cancellation - instead this was shipped and I still do not have my refund!!!!!!!! This is very frustrating from as this should have been resolved on the same day.
Service is really just terrible. I purchased something online and I needed to return it - the website had heavily photo-shopped pictures that made the garments look amazing and when I got them they looked NOTHING like the website. The fabric was poor poor quality. They even pulled the same brand off the website - very likely due to the number of returns they were getting. Then they wanted me to incur a cost on my behalf to return the garment as well as a R90 surcharge. Imagine. This website is a total rip off and scam. They are really unhelpful - I sent many emails on this and I eventually had to call and follow this up. Rather buy from proper online retail stores where you can do a valid return because Zando is really
