What a nightmare horrible service..... I cancelled my rain router on the 30th March returned to one of their branches the router... Same day received subscription cancellation email confirmation from rain..... On the 1st of April 2 days after cancelation..... I had subscription fee deducted from my bank account from rain for same router on my 1st attempt to query how was I debited I was told because subscription is still open on their end only after I receive an email of cancellation confirmation would I be taken off system..... When I mentioned I already received confirmation email then I was told it's possible mistake my case would be escalated to support group and would be responsible to help me further with refunds..... 2 days after complain I made second attempt via watsup to try get help, but I was told my subscription is still open only until I received a confirmation of email saying I cancelled only then I would be taken off..... Upon my explanation for the 2nd time that all that has already occurred I was then given a ticket number 32243150 and told query is escalated again..... 2 days after no communication from rain whatsoever I tried to get my refund again went through the same drill of same questions and answers this time I was given a number to call and follow up telephonically..... I called the number daily from the day I received all I get is a voice prompted answering machine with different options and nothing else no one has ever answered any of those options till to date am still awaiting my refund on my account for deductions after cancellation and confirmation email from rain that i cancelled and returned their router before end of the month of March but still charged for the month of April when I don't have the router anymore and all the information is on the system

Credit card division a nightmare.....more than a year now i have been trying to get the bank remove a credit card i once had with fnb and that i had finished paying up in 2018....to this date the credit card is still showing under my name with balance 00.....i had been requested to send either via emails and personally delivered to the branches documents to proof account is no longer owing....i made phone calls...i have references from the bank regarding this one issue....i have expired dates i received over and over from Fnb agents of when the issue would be resolved....they all came and passed....consulted agents via secure chat online fnb app.....i did everything and anything i was asked to do still to this date its as it was looking more than 3yrs ago...and to add evenmore frustrations to drama....each time i tried to follow up with previous references i was told only that particular day my request is being escalated and transferred to correct departments each different day was a different escalation for my case but after all of them not even once did i receive a call an update status anything saying my case is recorded to this very day ...due to the inconvenience twice i made a mistake by transferring money into the non existing credit card.....of which i meant to transfer to a fully functioning account....and for such mistakes i had to wait each time for 7days before i could get the money reversed from the credit card (bank policy) as it was explained to me by this giant financial firm agents ....once a consultant respondent by saying he doesn't see the reason why am going to all the trouble trying to get the bank to remove the credit card under my profile as its already on 0 balance and its obviously its not functioning....this is a response i had after the trauma of having to wait 7 days before i could access money i needed to use....simply because i made a mistake of transferring money into that account that is under my name but i can't use ....i am not using and its only there simply because fnb doesn't see the reason why it should be taken off my financial profile as my concerns pleas request agony and obviously inconvenience that's the account is causing me ..... is meaningless to the bank since i am the one who choose to use fnb credit above other banks and so now i have to suffer the consequences of my horrible unspeakable error for such choose until the bank decides otherwise
