Frog foot has changed the packages, the 10/10 has been discontinued, they upgraded clients to 40/40 at a more expensive price without any notification. They even backdated the debit order leaving me with a bill close to R900. It's unprofessional and *********. Not impressed at all.
Just bought salad and an oven bake pizza that are both off. Dated the 19th of February (today is the 17th). Not the first time either. Are you guys putting the generators off at night?? Something is definitely not right with your storage of fridge items. Last time it was rotten chicken, but it seems like this branch removed their reviews. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrifying experience with this ISP. I actually wish I could give a minus rating. No one seems to know what is going on, and then after waiting for 4 months to be connected, they have the audacity to make us wait until the end of February. Absolutely ridiculous. And now, even though the equipment was installed incorrectly, we hear about this "claw-back fee" if you cancel within 24months of installation. So, basically : 1. They mess up the installation, leaving a huge hole in the wall 2. We haven't actually been live, so never used their product 3. Have been taking off of work to assist the technicians to attempt installation 4. We have absolutely no faith that adequate internet will be provided based on these last few months ...and now we should pay a penalty? Appalling, to say the least. Stay. Away. I will spend my last data to spread the word. Save yourself endless frustration.
