The service at Standard Bank Randburg Square is utterly deplorable. Only one customer service representative was actually working and assisting clients, while another staff member was loudly chewing gum and chatting on a personal call, completely ignoring customers. The blatant disregard for professionalism is infuriating. Despite living just a stone’s throw away, I’ll never set foot in this branch I again 😡🤬
Dear Boutique Blossom, I paid in full in full for a product with the order number 253872 on the 28th of July via Shopfy, but have not received the product despite multiple follow-ups. Your failure to deliver is unacceptable and violates my consumer rights. I demand either: 1. Expedited delivery with a tracking number within 48 hours, or 2. A full refund of R 1,049.00 to my original payment method. If unresolved by August 20, 2025,pursue legal action under the Consumer Protection Act. Small Claims Court.
Hi there, I just had a horrendous experience at MTN Randburg Square. I’m currently a Vodacom customer for the past 18yrs and my contract is due and I have decided I won’t renew until check what’s in the market first. Nonetheless, I left the office early today and drove to MTN Randbung Square near my place. I arrived at 16:40pm and there was a gentleman standing by the door assisting a lady (customer). I politely asked him if I could come inside as the door was half closed? He brushed me off without even looking at me and said we closed. I patiently waiting for him to finish with the lady, when he’s done he didn’t even allow me to say a word, he embarrassedly shut the the door in my face the only memory I had of him as I was in shock was his gold tooth. I assume his a Manager as he was the last one in the shop. Point is when you google Mtn Randburg Square trading hours 09:00am to 17:00pm, i arrived 20mins early only to treated like that?
