I am honestly disappointed by the service from the virgin active in Boksburg K90. In January 2022, I was informed that my account is in arrears, for the months of August and October. First thing, why was I not informed at that point that my account was in arrears? Why was I only told in January? Anyway, I paid for that in January at the branch and till this day, my account still appears as in arrears. I have done my part by asking the staff to assist, a lady by the name Samira took it upon herself to send my bank which clearly shows the payment to the admin lady onsite. She told me to wait for her to contact me which I did, and till this day I have not received the call. I walk passed Samira everyday at the gym and she has given me no feedback and at this point, I am tired of being the one always requesting for feedback. I am so disappointed that this is not resolved till this day. And is seems that everyone has decided to just forget about this
Just got off the phone with Collen Ntlailane regarding my policy review. After talking a few numbers, he got me the greatest deal and saved me so much money. The service from him was also so friendly and understanding, was also impressed that he had knowledge of what the motor industry numbers are looking like today. Thanks Collen and team. Keep it up
I’ve literally been in this store for 30mins trying to get a new store card. From one point to another then after all the confusion, I find out any cashier can replace my card. It just seems like every person I spoke to has no idea what’s going on... Also the fitting rooms... they look like holding cells 😭😭
I have been using the tyko for just over 2 years and it’s just been the worst experience. The coils burn out too fast and I have already had to have the battery replaced. For no reason or warming at all, it died again. No flashing, no smoke , no sign of life at all. I’m just overly annoyed as it seems like the service and quality of the products is gettting from bad to worse. If there’s no stock of coils, then there’s no stock of flavors, there’s just always something wrong.
Service at HIfi corporation is the worst, been trying to conclude a credit application I did. I have been on the phone holding for 3 hours trying to speak to Xoliswa in the accounts department. She was going to call me back after 10mins, it's been 26hours. Needless to say, I have still not received a call and their lines are "receiving a high number of calls". Ridiculous really.
The service at Boksburg Department of Labour is below par... every single person working has decided to go on lunch and there is not one single open teller to help...
