If you want to **** customers off, keep sending notices to which they can not reply, or the reply is not read (zaexpressinboundservices@dhl.com). They think everyone has a phone signal, for us seafarers we don't. Try and make contact and explain it to that Brick-impossible! One star is way too much
I app**** for a bigger credit limit on my Mastercard in February. They wanted a 3-month bank statement which I supp****. They wanted proof of invoices and payments that I supp**** They wanted payslips - I can only get a statement with the amounts paid to me. I emailed that. Yet I continuously get text messages "Sorry we have missed you....pres 1" Capitec's random phone numbers fall in the SPAM range. I have asked to direct all correspondence to my email - it does not happen I have supp**** an alternative private Telkom number where they can phone to - but nothing happens. I have been to Die Boord branch in Stellenbosch. They tell me they need voice verification. I have never spoken to the card division so they can have a voice pattern on me. Die Boord branch is also unable to help me. Conclusion: Capitec Bank and their card division may as well be restaffed with intelligent people. Service scale out of 10 I would gladly give -85 (minus 85). Don't call me. Sort it out
Totally trash: Why both parcels MRRN-P5BZ8-ZVJ5 and MRRN-P5BZ8-ZVJ5 were returned. The doorbell did not ring as Eskom cut the power. I contacted the delivery man several times. He reassures me the next guy will deliver it. It is now 7 working days later and still nothing. And beloved Takealot does not have a client contact email or call-in number for the CT warehouse
I wrote a review on UPS South Africa. IT is supposed to be published. It is not published. Looks like UPS and Hellopeter are big friends protecting each other. Publish the review!!!!! No excuses
This is the second time in 3 months I have an issue with this company in Johannesburg. Both are incoming items. 1. I got a free catalog for I hd to provide an invoice. The more I and the supplier explained it was free, the more they kept on. They still have the catalog. 2. I bought products in the UK. Upon arrival in SA the value of the product is more than what I paid for. I have submitted the invoice, the payment receipt, and the conversion from GBP to ZAR on day of payment. Still they value the items more. Now they are threatening with a release fee. I am waiting for that-I have a few good layers, I do hope they have too. And there is Carte Blanche too.......... Conclusion: Avoid UPS like a plague - they are not worth dealing with.
Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. Not just for valentines day but for any other day too. It is good value for money. And the staff are very keen and super friendly. There is always parking which is not the case with Stellenbosch downtown restaurants.

*****s working there - Why I have complained about it before and I shall keep on doing so. I have not signed on to retrieve bills and statements by through the web. No business I know of goes and looks for its invoices. It gets sent to them. If you tell Vodacom to send you invoice and statement they want proof it is you. So why did they then send it out if it is not me. Security check??? They should get their security check right before sending mail out to tell you to download your statement and bill. Just now they did send one to Valdimit Putin Bottom line - bunch on people working there that just push buttones and can not think. My recommendation - go back to school and learn to think
This company does not listen to the client's needs at all. They are purely after the money only. Let me explain: I wanted to downscale the luxurious cover I paid for as I can not afford their premiums. They seem to throw in anything from hole-in-one to lost visitors' property on your premises...... (Don't believe me go and look at that small print which is so-called standard). I want to insure my house for X amount. Only to find out the geyser is extra. It is the first time that I hear a geyser is not part of the house. I rejected their silly quote. Step back a bit: I must pry the new increased premium regardless if I have the money or not. If there is only so much That is it. They seem to fail to see that. Step further back: My fridge died on me during December. I asked if they would accept a claim for repairs. It is now August -I am still waiting. When it comes to claims they don't hear you. I do acknowledge they did pay put for my geyser that split after 30y of usage. Thanks Let's go further back: A water pipe bursts underground, about 2m below the pool paving. We fix the pipe We pay for it ourselves as it is not that big. A year later we notice the area where the pipe burst slumped. When we want to have it fixed and claim for it. No, they only pay out for sudden damage. Now if you go back into that contract they tell you it is standard, look in the small print there is a claim if the sea rise they pay out. Now sea levels only rise only in storms or during global warming. Both are not instant events. You make up your own mind. They do not like to pay out. That is what it is. None of my claims were inflated ones. And then they insist on an increase. You decide. They are not worth their name. And dont let them bully you. My rating out of 10 is a solid minus 55
