Service Plan Issues - Worst Customer Service In the world
Worst customer service ever!. Took out a Service Plan and Maintainance plan with them when I bought my car last year. Went for my first service and had no issues. Went for my second one the following year, suddenly there's issues with my policy and all. Found this out while my car was waiting for approval to be serviced at VW. The amount of calls and emails I had to write while being gaslighted by staff who have no sense of urgency. The financial cost and inconvenicence was insane. There is on 1 VW service centre in PE and it's 40km from where I work and stay. Imagine that. Will now have to fetch the car from VW without the service, rebook. So much time, money and petrol wasted. At least I now know which company not to go with when purchasing my next car. Stay away from them

WHERE IS MY ORDER??!
I ordered something on the 27th of May 2020 and they said I would get it 2 weeks later in the 9th. It did not arrive and zi did not receive any correspondence from them telling me why and when it will be delivered. I cancelled all my plans for the day only for the order not to arrive. They don't even respond to you when you contact them. I have received good service from you in the past, but nisile ngoku

Don't waste your money on these *******s
Whatever you do, don't use these ****ers if you have an urgent delivery. I have been waiting for more than 10 days for my overnight delivery from Sandton to Cape Town. I called them to inquire about my package and they told me that there is not enough deliveries to my area so they cannot deliver now I will have to wait till there is or come collect in their offices. HOW WILL I ****ING COLLECT WHEN WE ARE UNDER LOCKDOWN?!!!

Capitec I want my money!
Capitec I want my money! Two unauthorized payments of R720 and R742 were made to a "Billpho.com" right under your noses. I have never heard of this billpho.com. I went to one of your branches and they gave me a new card and decreased my limit to zero. I called yesterday and you keep on saying you still investigating. Should I move to another bank to get more security for my money??
