Mugg and Bean Rosebank is lovely in the inside - great interior and decor. The food was mediocre. I ordered a toasted cheese and expected a warm cheesy toasted cheese filled with cheese, instead I got a dollop of melted cheese in the middle, they also charged R 8 extra for sourdough. I literally ate toasted sourdough and tomato with a dollop of cheese, its the easiest meal on the menu - do better guys.
Poor service by our initial waiter at Saint in Sandton - who refused to take my order -he insisted on first putting down candle holders instead of taking our order which would’ve taken him 30 seconds to listen to - or called another waiter to assist us - the total customer disregard bothered me ... the salmon pizza was burnt underneath and along the edges of the pizza. The burnt bottom and burnt sides of the pizza took away the potential good taste from the pizza which I think could’ve been nice as I’d never had salmon and cream cheese on a pizza- was looking forward to the new taste. The chicken wings are terrible - expensive and tasteless - the wings were completely dried out - with zero flavor. The manager was good in giving us a new waiter that was friendly - the manager was understanding- the bill was extremely high for burnt pizza and tasteless wings in the heart of Sandton. Nedbank I reported that there has been fraud on my card. I reported that I immediately wanted the card payment to be stopped as I did not authorize a payment of 5,500 for swan lake tickets - Paul from nedbank said I must fill in a dispute form - which I did - and then I received an automated reply that my dispute will be lodged and it can take 30-40 days - why can’t my payment be immediately frozen?? I have reported this immediately and why can nedbank not mitigate the loss by immediately freezing the payment! Why must I wait for 30 days ???? Where is the immediate action ? Where is protection against fraud and stealing ?
I bought 3 tickets for swan lake - the final amount was not reflected before I authorized payment - I was charged R 5,500 for tickets that cost 1600 in South Africa ! This is ridiculous, fraud and Stealing. The end cart does not properly show all charges prior to check out - the website makes you put in your card details first and then charges you and then provides an invoice - this is daylight robbery - the worst is when I asked for a refund and cancelation they refuse and tell me to resell my tickets ... with no guarantee that I will resell the tickets. I reported the matter to Nedbank fraud division. They requested I fill out a form to report the matter - I asked them to immediately stop the payment because I know that payments only get processed within 24 hours - nedbank refused to immediately stop the payment after I had alerted them to. Thus nedbank is supporting this fraud instead of mitigating the fraud by immediately stopping the payment. Viagogo refuses to refund me and nedbank this far has done nothing it has been 4 hours and I don’t even have a ticket from viagogo - they took my money and don’t provide the tickets I am disgusted I want my 5,500 refund - this is criminal
