Even after unsubscribing multiple times, I still get ads and promotions from them. The most irritating company so far.
Eager to take your money, but not so eager to help. I ordered 4 items, which 1 showed immediately out of stock. The bulk of my order only showed that there were no stock available, 4 hours later. I did not want a replacement and wanted to cancel the order immediately. You can only cancel the order by contacting customer service, which responded 5 hours later. So I received a delivery for a product that cost R60 and paid R35 delivery fee and R10 tip for the driver. When customer service eventually came back to me, they said they are sorry and the app developer will look at adding a cancellation button. I feel that this is not sufficient and received no feedback since. I would not recommend using this app
I put a complaint about product quality, selection and service and it was promptly answered within 24 hours. The complaint was resolved as well and it was not just a fob to get rid of me.
I have been waiting for a refund on my radio licence fee that was over deducted in December. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to no avail. I have even had a technician phone me to come and collect the unit and when I told him they can have it once I have my refund, he said this happens all the time.
