I am not satisfied with the service, particularly with online orders. I purchased beds which took a while to be delivered, and although I was okay with the delivery timelines stated in the email, upon receiving the beds, I found that two of the bases and the mattress had factory faults. I lodged a complaint, and these items were collected. However, I am not receiving any information about when the new items will be delivered. It seems like my number has been blocked by their customer care as I am unable to get through. Strangely, when I call from a different number, I can get through, however no one is able to give me feedback - even Ayabulela Babi the lady who initially arranged for the items to be picked up from my house is unable to provide me with estimated timelines. She has been preparing the waybill for days now, according to her email responses, and whenever I call, she is always on lunch or on another call. All I need is clear communication!!! When will I receive my items…. It cant be that hard to keep a customer informed
Good day My name is Lindi - I have a huge problem with service received in Haval Westrand. In December I took the car in as I needed to have my brakes replaced - they said I also needed to replace the brake disc- and I gladly gave the go ahead paid just over 8k. In February the brakes started making a noise(the same brake pads and disc that they put in) and I took it back as I mean it was 2 months in - and they said no they were fine they just needed to be cleaned…. Already at that point I was questioning the quality of the brakes and disc thy put into the car. Today I dropped my car in for a 45000km service, they called, and I apparently need to replace the brakes and discs AGAIN!!!!!!! I have been driving for 15 years and have never had this issue (since the service manager is telling me about driving styles)….. I am the only one driving this car - there is absolutely no way that they put original brake pads and discs!! Its either they are taking advantage of me as I am a woman going in alone and know nothing about cars or they are just not using new things when we take our cars in. I am not happy at all - and the guy is RUDE!!!!
I made a booking in Feb and cancelled due to my stufy school days being changes. to this day I have not recived my refund. Everytime I call I am being told that my refund is being processed. They do not bother responding to messages on whatsapp and lie when you call them.
