I don't understand if it's the restaurants fault or the employees are keeping the toys for themselves but when ever I buy my son the kiddies meal the boy toy is never available. Especially if it's the cars. Even if we go a couple of days after the promotion has started, why do you advertise them then and give our children false hope. This is not the case at other busier McDonald's restaurants
I regret the day I joined Momentum. Firstly the service I was promised is not the service I am getting. I was deceived. I was told I qualify for limited km cover because I don't drive long distances to work during the month little did I know it affects my excess when I make a claim. The agent who was selling the policy did not explain that to me, I found that out when I was making a claim and I was charged 4 times my excess. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the evening of my payday last year December which was a holiday and a Friday. They initially were refusing to cover my car saying that they didn't get a premium for that month whereas it was their system that didn't debit from my account at all. I had to physically make the debit order myself. After that getting a courtesy car for me to use was drama of it's own. After I had returned the courtesy vehicle I was sent a message by the insurance stating that I have 3 extra days meanwhile the agents where telling me they cannot extend time for me to keep the car and I need to return on 20/01/2024 or else I'll be liable for the additional charges. I was dealing with an agent who sounded like someone forced him to go to work each and every day. Philemon.Sibanyoni@momentum.co.za is the worst insurance agent I have EVER EVER EVER been help by. I had to constantly call him to follow up even when he would say he would get back to me he wouldn't. I even had to get my husband to intervene and speak to him. Generally I am a very calm client and give people the benefit of the doubt most of the time but the client service at Momentum Insure is disgusting. I had to fight to get a courtesy car almost in tears at 1 point. The panel beaters they had authorised my car to go to was telling me they cannot book my car in until MAYBE the middle of February because they are full, they don't have space and they won't book my car in until they have ordered the parts. I then opted to take my car to my preferred panelbeaters and they took forever to send me the declaimer to sign for payment to be released. Then after I had signed and send the document it took almost 3 weeks to release the payment. With me constantly calling and chasing them and asking them when it will be done. Them constantly giving me excuses after excuses Philemon.Sibanyoni was no help AT ALL, eventually my that part of my case was resolved by another agent by the name Dineo Samore. Same agent who realised that I was over charge on the excess and that I was not given the full correct information regarding the cover I was on. I sent her an email regarding this matter as she requested but as usual like the rest of them never came back to me with a follow up regarding this matter. Once my vehicle was at the panel beaters and was striped open they discovered additional internal damages on the vehicle that where not included in the initial assessment quote made my the assessors from the external images that I had sent them. I called momentum and made them aware of this issue and ask them if they could please send someone to the panelbeaters to go do a proper assessment on the vehicle because the first assessment was done on the images I sent them, till this day this has never happened. When I spoke to Philemon regarding the additional damages he arrogantly and rudely answered me by saying that I chose to take my car to my preferred panelbeaters, I chose to sign the disclaimer, why did I take that decision, I must now deal with the consequences of my actions, it was my choice, now it's my faultπ‘ Very very very rudely. I decided that I am not going to talk to that person again regarding my car and spoke to ANOTHER agent by the name of Maggie Dlamini who confirmed to me that those additional damages are and should be covered as long as the images are sent to the and registered in the assessors portal. 2 weeks ago the assessor, Lukas Van Der Westuizen, called me regarding the additional damages and I gave him the contact details of the panelbeaters I emailed Maggie and she referred me to Sabata Malobola whom I've been calling and emailing regarding this matter and requesting the disclaimer for the second payment for repairs and again no feedback, she asked well it seems has fallen of the face of the earthπ. Last week I went to the panelbeaters to follow up and the told me that the assessor received the picture and was so in a rush and eager to get this issue settled but now after he has sent back a report and requote but removed most of the essentials items that where necessary for repairs he is now slacking and not responding to them because they had send it back to him and explain to them and requested that they should come on site if they were doubts but nothing. I am soooo drained and defeated but this whole situation. I am going to almost 4 months now without my car. The delays and run around are now riding on my last nerve. I can't wait to just cancel this insurance and leave. I regret regret regret joining momentum. I should have just stayed with my original insurance that I been covered with before. Mind you this is my first EVER claim with this insurer. FIRST AND WORST EVER INSURANCE CLAIM.
Be Careful of these tow truck guys, especially if you are a vunerable black female. They lie and make you believe them and then ***** your car and not take it to it's desired destination. On the 12th of May 2023 I found myself involved in an accident as the 3rd party vehicle. This white big man by the name of Thomas arrived at the scene within minutes parked behind my car and all over a sudden started bombarding me with questions, then he asked me where do I want my car to be towed, I told him at to take it to S & E panelbeaters, I asked him and he confirmed that he does now where it is, he will drop it off there and someone will contact me regarding the payment for towing which will be R750. The guy towed my vehicle to their yard and when I went to fetch my vehicle to take it to the correct place they wanted me to pay over R13000 for my car to be released. When I went to the police station the officer told me that this is happening slot and the are mostly doing it to black females.
This morning on the 9th of February 2020 at around 6:30 am I went to Shell Founders in Florida I went to put petrol in my car and the petrol attendant who was serving me was very rude and has an bad attitude. Initially he walks off while I'm still talking to him when he comes back I asked him to put pressure in my tyers he asks me 3 times to repeat what I'm saying because i didnt ask him in his language, and when his done he just walks off again and doesn't let me know that his done. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting and when i went to him and asked him why he didn't let me know he was done he gave me attitude, told he finish a long time ago and said that i closed my window so how was he supposed to tell me his done. I asked him was if i supposed to leave my window open in the cold weather while waiting for him to finish, he didn't even bother apologizing, I asked him for his name and surname and he refused to give me his surname and said he's just he is Patrick that works at shell.
