I had a Nail Rescue treatment on 4 January at BOA 3 Arts Plumstead using a voucher I got for Christmas . Corners were cut during my treatment, as my hands were not soaked before cuticle work, which caused discomfort even after I mentioned it. The service at reception when processing my voucher was very unfriendly, had to etiquette and was extremely unprofessional, and it felt as though the level of service changed based on the client or the staff member’s mood. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not the standard I expected. I also left this review on their Google page and they removed it. I wonder why?

I was assisted promptly, efficiently and in a very helpful way by the agent Samantha. She was patient and informative and went above and beyond for me. This is rare to encounter and deserves praise expeditiously. Thank you for your wonderful service, you were a true joy to speak to.

I placed an order on 12/08 and yesterday their website was taken down????? There is no contact number for anyone and the 012 012 5140 goes unanswered. I just got back from their Sea Point store and the store is closed with a sign "we are temporally closed". WHY WAS THEIR WEBSITE STILL ACTIVE ACCEPTING ORDERS AND PAYMENTS WHEN THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN???? I WANT MY MONEY. THIS IS STEALING. Why is CEO Duncan Matthews not releasing a statement to confirm what is happening??? WE WANT ANSWERS AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
I made a CASH R10000 purchase at OK Furniture in May 2018. I purchased a television and a refrigerator. They first sold me a REFURBISHED television which they REFUSED to collect and deliver me the NEW television I had paid for. Since then, I've had endless issues with my fridge which I keep being told a technician will be out to fix. Each time he comes, I experience the same or a new problem with the fridge which is likely also a refurbished product I was sold by this appalling establishment. Why cant I receive a new product?? the One I have is clearly faulty but no one, not OK furniture nor KIC seem to want to take responsibility and assist me, they seem to waiting until my 2 year warranty is over so they no longer have to provide their pathetic idea of assistance to me. This is ridiculous!!! Not to mention the lack of people s****s or customer service training their incompetent staff have.
