I would like to bring to your attention that I had such a bad experience yesterday at then Cashier no 10. I know it was month end and shop busy. I don't stand how can floor Manager Ms Van Graan call the next customer,while there is customer still busy packing since u do not have packers. When I asked for Manager Ms Van Graan came over and with an attitude. With no customer care mannerisms. Tells me hurry up. I was in I was startled that I pack the customer behind me meat. How bad I felt when customer told me that his meat. I have being shopping there for years and this was my first horrified experience. Customer service training is hardly need. A long with packers why should customers pack their only goods.
Today after all years I had my worst experience of Nando's bought full chicken with 2 sides. Only fries 🍟 tasted fresh chicken was for sure not fresh and the rolls 😕 😒 . I extremely disappointed in your store!!! Food wasn't good at all. Unnecessary money sent.My colleagues said why do so highly of Nandos.
Yesterday I received expired antibiotics from Gatesville hospital pharmacy, when I discovered medication was expired i ph hospital. They promised to deliver new medication until now thing was received. I am making phone calls, send email which I received no response.
