I am very satisfied with the service I received. The process was hassle-free, and communication was prompt and clear throughout. I was assisted within minutes of submitting my initial request, and my travel insurance was issued quickly without any challenges
sadly, this is the worst courier company. They deliver over the due date and when you call the call centre, their agents are extremely rude and will tell you there's nothing they can do on their side. What's the point of having a customer support division when you CANNOT support the customer? Unfortunately, I do not have a say in the courier company selection when purchasing. Myrunway needs to look at alternatives
I would not even give a one star rating. I recently moved in at Amsterdam Balwin. I have been there for one week and already R250 was taken from my wallet. HOW?????? I am at work from 7h30 - 18h00 daily. Literally only the fridge is on. Never cooked yet, never used washing machine yet. Why is it taking so much???? STSS support line never gets answered and when speaking to an agent, half way through your complaint they drop the phone.
