Went to the depot and looked at a vehicle. Told the salesman to reserve the vehicle and we will be coming back the next day to show our daughter the vehicle. Got there the next day and the vehicle was never reserved!!! We were there @ 08H00 when they opened and the vehicle sold to someone else @ 16H00!!!! Sales person just pulled up his shoulders. Contact the customer care more than once and wanted to speak to eth sales manager Chezne Roach just refuses to phone back. the best is I received a whatts app directly after our visit to say that the manger will be in contact to do the paperwork but it will be in business hours. Today is business hours and we are still waiting. Stay far away from we buy cars. You broke my daughters heart and train your sales people to listen to their customers.
What ever you do stay far away from Capitec Business banking. I decided to move my business banking from my current supplier to Capitec Business. It hasn't been a month and I am having one after the other problem that they just can't rectify. What was I thinking?? Can't pay clients, Card does not work at toll gates after I was promised that it would. If you need to pay a client and your limits is not enough you have to update right? here is the punch line with Capitec Business. If you update your limits now you have to wait 24 Hours before you can do a payment??????? I am sitting in front of the **** customer and he wants his money.... NOW What???? You should close your business division. I can't believe the difference between your private banking and your business banking. Is it even the same bank. By the way I am still waiting on answers to my 1st complaint logged here???
Dear Capitec Hope you are doing very well I would like to start of by expressing my utter disappointment in your Business banking☹ I have a private account with you and decided to move my business banking to you from Nedbank. From day 1 it has been one issue after the other and I now regret my decision I sat down with your consultant before I opened this account and one of my requirements was that this card that says debit can operate as a transact/cheque card. Your consultant confirmed that although it says debit that it will operate as a transact/cheque card. I stopped @ the Toll gates on my way to my client and guess what???? Your card is declined as it is a debit card??? So it does not act as a cheque card!!!! I am currently sitting with a client and I need to pay him. Guess what?? My systems says the limits on the system must be lifted as i reached my limits? Tried to update my limits but no success. Your system says I must wait until tomorrow?? I am sitting at a client and he needs to be paid!!!! Phoned your call center and all I get is that the matter has been escalated and I just need to be patient??? A while back I sat in a meeting @ a restaurant with clients and offered to settle the bill…… Guess what you were off line and my card was declined, I looked like a total fool☹ I do about R800 000 a year worth of business and now regret my decision that I moved my business from Nedbank to Capitec. I will haver to reconsider my choice. FROM a very unhappy NEW Client

We were looking for someone to move my mothers stuff from JHB down to CPT. After numerous attempts to get someone from a removal company to contact us we almost gave up hope as it would seem that the guys are just to busy and are not interested in small loads. We eventually stumbled across Eezi move and decided to try for a last time. What an experience!!! I have my own business and understand what it means to deliver great customer service. I have no idea what she must of thought but she responded immediately to both of us putting the client first as it should be.
