I would like to write a review about Platinum Life
I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I had a life policy with disability cover plus cancer cover for both my husband and I. As life started to become difficult over the last couple of years, we realised we cannot get through with our money any longer. I phoned Platinum to request cancellation, but Joni was very kind and understanding and managed to convince me to only cancel the life cover part (since I told her I have another life policy) and just keep the cancer cover. She also cancelled the August debit order to give us a bit of a breather. My instalment is more than half of the original instalment. I am very happy and see some light at the end of the tunnel!🤗 Thank you again Joni, much appreciated. Well done for convincing me. Not many people manage to change my mind once I decide on an action. Well done!🤗🪷

GREAT SERVICE!
We recently bought a Hyundai in Randburg. We stay in Kempton Park. We accidentally in a rush put a bunch of house keys and remote in one of the many little buckets in the handbrake console without noticing that the cap of that bucket was missing (it was dark and console is black). The keys fell right through to the bottom where the handbrake is. The hole was just too small to get the keys out. We went to our local Hyundai dealer where we met a very professional young man, Wayne, who was very helpful and managed to get the keys out in no time and didn't even charge us a cent. He even offered to order the console cap for us. Such GREAT service! Thank you Wayne! Also to Amos who phoned me the next day to fetch the part!
