My first worst service that I experience at Hyundai Kemptonpark since I was client frm 2019. She gave me wrong quotation when I ask she said I left traide in behind, how I don't know because she took the car before expiring date.i called her fr several times to remind her to send the contract and traide in. As she said she will send via email.she said she will send but not send.after few days I call her again she didn't answer my call is when I send via WhatsApp .she said she will send but not send.after few days I remind her ,she send contract and left proof of traide in.tje reason why she sent contract only I don't know.i remind again she said she is at da funeral.it was suterday ,igave her other chance after few days I remind her she said she will send is when I called manager .they said manager is busy they told me to leave phone no and name after he will call. After few minutes I received proof of trade in.i starting asking my self what is inside the proof of traide in or why was difficult to get it,because I supposed to why I signed fr .is when I find out quotation I not da same and the extra carpets that she gave me is charged.

I saw a Hyundai Creta 2018 with 29940 km for R259900 on Hyundai's website. I then lodged an enquiry to find out if vehicle is still available. Isaac Setabola called me and confirmed the vehicle is still available. Within a few minutes I received an OTP from Milly, then it was 5h21pm, but the price I saw it for on Hyundai's website was not on the OTP, but for R10000 more at R269900. I called the branch immediately and spoke to Isaac and he confirmed that the Creta were advertised for R259900. He, Isaac promised to call me the next morning, 29 September 2020 at 8am, which never did. I called and spoke to Isaac and he said his manager wasn't available to confirm the price and that he will call me in 5 minutes. I then called again at 2h05pm and Isaac was not available and I spoke to another salesman and he then Informed me the 2018 Creta was sold the previous day already. Why was I told the 2018 Creta was still available. Why didn't Isaac want to speak to me when I called. Why was the price more on the OTP than when advertised. Was the Creta sold or...... For me someone was trying to mislead me or just giving me a poor and pathetic service.

We recently bought a Hyundai in Randburg. We stay in Kempton Park. We accidentally in a rush put a bunch of house keys and remote in one of the many little buckets in the handbrake console without noticing that the cap of that bucket was missing (it was dark and console is black). The keys fell right through to the bottom where the handbrake is. The hole was just too small to get the keys out. We went to our local Hyundai dealer where we met a very professional young man, Wayne, who was very helpful and managed to get the keys out in no time and didn't even charge us a cent. He even offered to order the console cap for us. Such GREAT service! Thank you Wayne! Also to Amos who phoned me the next day to fetch the part!
