Very upset customer.
It’s been a week and still no technician came to fix our installation. I keep getting updates saying they working on the problem. Their customers service is terrible. They can’t help me. This is really frustrating.

Very disappointed with WebAfrica
Mi internet has been down since Monday. I logged calls chat on their on line WhatsApp. They even phoned me and said they are working on it. It is between Webafrica and Vumatel. I'm not sure who gave the worst service.

Vumatel THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
I put a complaint on Tuesday this week about Vumatel. they said they will come back to me. Until now nothing was done. I'm on uncapped fiber. This is the most unprofessional and bad service ever. The funny this is that they answered me on Hellopeter and said they will fix the problem. Still nothing

Is Lotto star a scam. How many people actually got their winnings?
I won R18000 in 2 days. The 1st 8000 is still pending since Thursday. When I wanted the R10000 withdrawal last night I was told I can only do that once the 1st withdrawal was completed. The friendly consultant still did not get back to me. I suppose they are going to have some story why they can’t pay any of the money. How long do I have to wait to get my refunds?
