I got a cyclone router 5 days a go , it is so not giving me joy. The guy working at Telkom is so clueless. 3 days after I had it I went to the store to complain they told me there is nothing the can do I assked about alternative they could have.for.me and also if they can change it and give me another brand as I thing cyclone has an issue.okay fine they told me that wont be possible unless i cancel the contract that was fine with me since there is no connection later or half An hour the manager came with a very lame excuse of reason on why I can cancel the correct as I have used more that 500 mbps mind due it was not working how can I and in three days of trying to connect 3 phone and TV. I want assistance with this router and would even offer it to my worst enemy, birchacres Telkom service is bad they are so clueless in what they are selling and how it works I'm.so.frustrated.
They kept my car for full 24 hours with no communication given , when o went for collection next day still they were not done they had to install new hyndai system that I'm still confused about no explanation on why they do that and how does it work it's my car after all , with all that being mentioned days later I checked my WHEEL SPANNER WENT MISSING definitely after them keeping my car to more than 24 hours
Bad experience ever on my last car service with them , they kept my car fir full 24 hours the next morning with no update I went to collect my car and I was told that there I new system installation that is part of Hyndai to be done , I had to come back at 1PM ,NO COMMUNICATION was given explanation nothing regarding what was installed in My CAR SO WORRIED WITH LOT OF QUESTIONS????? now checked my tool the Wheel spanner is no where to be found I might have noticed it at the later stage but it's definitely when missing from Hyndai after three years of driving this car
I'm stucked with a top loader washing machine. That was fixed 3 times with no success, Russell's manager doesn't care at all I have requested for assistance since the 17th with no luck She doesn't even update on what is happening. Her service a manager is at zero level The only thing they push are sales but customer service not at heart. Due to my experience I would recommend even my worst enemy to use or but at Russell's Birch mall.
I regret the day i bought the defy top loader washing machine. the Machine was purchased late in 2023 from Russell's and started giving me troubles in 2024 august the Russell's store requested for a technician from defy to come and fix the top loader as when i was using it , it had a vey bad burning smell. the technician came to fix it however did not check the issue only changed the mother board i complained to him his answer was that he is an expect from defy and knows that id the is a burning smell it means that the issue is with the mother board his name is Vusi. it worked for 4 months and they it was not longer washing and draining water this year on the 15th of January. i had to report to the stote they have sent the very same guy Vusi who works for defy till he changed the mother board without examining the top loader , he inserted water tested the machine everything seemed to be fine. the next day when we used it during laundry it t********** electricity and never worked again, i have been advised defy has been requested to send the technician till today no luck. i spoke to the defy manager by the name of Nabeel he seems to be assisting and advised me that he is expecting resells to send him reference number so that they can come and collect the top loader to assess that was Monday. on Wednesday he vanished no longer taking my calls or replying to my WhatsApp messages till today. i called the defy head office his boss she took my details and promised to get back to me I'm still waiting in the dark. guys I'm paying for something that I'm not happy with i really trusted defy appliances but today i cant say that anymore , what a very bad experience. what will happen still they will fix it and then it works for few weeks after that its another story i will have to o through this frustrating bad experience again. just give me a new top loader as you have failed to fix it 3 times!!!!!
very horrible and bad service received from Russell's Tembisa birch acress mall. what is so disappointing is the service received from the store manager Maria. in late 2023 i bought defy top loader washing machine its been fixed for 3 times with no luck , they have been sending one and the same technician who knows nothing but to change the mother board not even checking the problem itself, i did address that with the store manager with no action taken this year 14 January the toplaoder gave me a problem as it was no longer spin drying and washing i had to report to the store and requested that the don't send the very same technician which they did he still changed the mother board what about the complains that i have shared that the is a burning smell when using it , that its is no longer working still my voice was not heard , now its even worse after he fixed or changed the mother board when i came back home the next day when i had to use it it tripped electricity and stopped working from that days. from the 15 i have requested the store to contact defy to come and assist till today no update the issue is still not resolve. i had to go to the store im talking about the 5th time the manager decided to give me the numbers of the defy manager by the name of nabeel . he told me that he is waiting for Russells to send him the reference to come and collect the toploader to check / replace till today nothing is happening talking about something that was said last week saturday. last year december i bought hisense double door fridge cash so afraid of the treatment that i going to receive should i have the same problem with it. my sick mom with arthritis washing with hands and no one is bothered about that, so painfull to pay for something that doesn't give you joy at all. keeping something in the house that is not working. and Russell's come the debit order date they are so quick . Maria and Russell's you really needs to start putting customers at heart we really buy this things for a reason. pushing sales but not customers first is not a good thing. i bought this washing machine brand new but the challenges imfacing is like a bought a second hand toploader maybe it was gonna be working perfectly fine if it was a second hand. yesterday i called the customer service the lady there by the name of Ayanda Miyeza could not even assist to resolve the issue or guide me instead she kept on telling me what i already know.
