My first worst service that I experience at Hyundai Kemptonpark since I was client frm 2019. She gave me wrong quotation when I ask she said I left traide in behind, how I don't know because she took the car before expiring date.i called her fr several times to remind her to send the contract and traide in. As she said she will send via email.she said she will send but not send.after few days I call her again she didn't answer my call is when I send via WhatsApp .she said she will send but not send.after few days I remind her ,she send contract and left proof of traide in.tje reason why she sent contract only I don't know.i remind again she said she is at da funeral.it was suterday ,igave her other chance after few days I remind her she said she will send is when I called manager .they said manager is busy they told me to leave phone no and name after he will call.After few minutes I received proof of trade in.i starting asking my self what is inside the proof of traide in or why was difficult to get it,because I supposed to why I signed fr .is when I find out quotation I not da same and the extra carpets that she gave me is charged.

After review they phoned me and asked for 3rd afdavit, I've sent it and I did a follow up via email, they wanted clarity why this document returned to them and I explained via email. I did another follow up via telephone and they said they didn't receive any 3rd afdavit, after they checked and I received a feedback saying they got then they said they will come back to me, even now am still waiting for their feedback
I went to Sportscene to claim for my damaged phone but had lost the box and insurance documents. I was told to contact the insurance company for my policy number. Throughout this process, I kept contacting them, and each time they gave me a reference number. However, they often sent incomplete details, and after speaking to me. When I followed up, I was told some references were closed - clearly delaying the process so they could later claim I submitted my claim late, all while continuing to deduct insurance premiums. Later, they sent the cancellation letter with the policy number I had been waiting for, showing this was done intentionally. The delay was caused by waiting for the correct policy details from them. I am requesting assistance and clarification.

After writing the review,tfg insurance group called me, they told me to send ITC number which I did, then I was told to wait for 48 hours. mind you, that was on the 19 April 2023 till to this date still waiting..
Good day,I have a problem with tfg claims insurance ( Foschini) ever since I lost my phone last year 25 November so I reported it the same day,they told me to do the follow ups the following week which was on the 29th November 2022 then I did,they then told me they didn't receive my claim form so the lady working at at Foschini email the claim form & I also did email it again,ever since then they never bother by keeping in touch with me I was the one calling checking how far with my claim,till to this date I didn't receive anything and their busy deducting my money every month while the insurance failed to fulfill what we agreed for,iam very disappointed
