I am forced to give 1 star they don't deserve it. I bought a computer box set for renault from them they charged me R2700. I drove for 30min to get it as I lived far from them. The guy told me that anything not working I can bring it back , so I went and fitted the stuff to my car and vehicle refused to start. Next day I went back to them the same guy says his boss said we can't refund but can give you a credit note as they don't have a replacement set. So I was forced to take a credit note. After a month I needed a computer box for peugeot so I went to them so I can use the credit note. Now the guy says we can't use the credit note as his boss said . This was daylight robbery they are selling stuff that doesn't work and defrauding people. Can some one assist me in this matter please.
I have been calling standard bank insurance for months , my wall has fallen because of the recent flooding. I informed standard bank insurance and got a claim number from them , since then I have been calling them only to be holding for almost an hour still no answer. They also don't call back to inform what is happening. I already had 2 break inn because of the wall. I am with standard bank insurance for over 10 years and to get treated like this is unacceptable. i paid R4225 for a cheve captiva computer box from german spares rustenburg , 20 waltervaal avenue , i found them through gumtree . when i received the computer box through postnet i found the computer box to be burnt , upon inspection i saw the board of the ecu was severely damaged and someone tried to repaire it . i immediately called german used spares and told them that the unit they have sent me was damaged and has been open before , when i received the ecu there were no warranty seals on it. I was told by a guy named Wayn that there are no warranty , guarantee on electronic car parts and if i opened the unit they cant replace it for me. I argued that i have complete video footage of the unit as when it arrived and when we checked the unit up and found that it was damaged, when i inquired initially about the unit i was told it has been removed from a running car, which certainly was a lie and a scam . I have a cctv footage to prove that. I am so disappointed as i am a workshop repairing a customers vehicle. German spares refused to replace or refund and told me they have another unit i will have to pay for it again. how is it possible that they are selling their items without testing or inspections. i need help from someone please because i am a small buisiness owner and i cant afford to take a loss like this .
I was forced to even put 1 star . My adsl and landing is down 1 week now calling every day waiting for an hour before i can speak to a consultant who can only log in your fault and can't help you in any way. Not only me my neighbors as well no line connectivity at all. So I decided to try and migrate to LTE and that is a problem too , I have to wait another 14 days. I work from home and loosing clients for an week now. When people say hellkom not telkom , now I understand. I need assistance here i can't even cancel my contract with telkom . I have to still pay the remaining of my contract. My question is why must I pay when I am not getting the services that I was promise. My number is 0312072605. My id number is 5106015479088. My wife took out a policy with elexi for medical aid . They promised a lot of benefits which made my wife take the policy. We can't afford normal medical aid the price elexi offerd was falling in our budget so she did not hesitate and took out the policy. Now it's going 4 months they have debited her account R1271.00 each month, they also offerd her some panic number to call in emergency which will cost a further R116.00 which they call a.s.a.p medical, so two different debit orders evey month. It's gone 4months they haven't send any medical cards . Recently my wife wanted to visit the doctor so called the doctors room to make an appointment and tried to use the medical aid , she was told by the receptionist at the doctor's that they don't work with elexi medical aid. My wife tried to explain the receptionist that the doctor is on the list of elexi doctors. She was told they won't accept elexi. My wife was very disappointed thinking that paying for 4 months , sacrificing other needs and now she can't even visit a doctor when she really needs it. Today I called elexi asking for explanation which they could not provide , I also asked the call center to mail me and explain what's going on. Whole day goes by no mail I had recieved. I need some assistance some one in this matter. I just want to cancel this policy and get our money back, we are trying to save for our kids, thinking that tomorrow my kids get sick what do I do.
