On the 26th of March I sent an email advising that our team is interested in having a golf session. Since then I've been emailing back and forth w.r.t to this golf session. Today I was told our golf session can only take place from 2h30pm on Friday 24th May as another group has booked the same day. When I then asked why I wasn't warned the first time I mentioned the golf session, that there was another group booking for golf on the same day as us I was told the following; "Unfortunately, I didn’t know that there was another group booked, because Golf bookings are done directly with the Proshop not with me, I only assist with checking availability and bookings for our clients when I have the dates and numbers" I'm angry that I've spent a month talking to these people back and forth about this Golf session and not once was I told, "Your golf booking is not booked or provisionally booked because it's not our job please contact the right people and make your own arrangements". This could have been avoided had I been told me on 26th March in my very first email where I mentioned the golf session that it's done with another department. Instead I wasted time and energy talking to the wrong people and that's now blown up in my face. This situation has created chaos in our plans and I am livid. Please be very careful when booking with this company. Double check then triple check every detail so you don't get *****ed like I did.

Last week Wednesday 6 Feb 2020 I sent a parcel through Aramex. Today 11 Feb 2020 they contact me to say that they do not service the area that I've sent my parcel to. Even though they claim to "deliver within 72 hours to outlying areas". The cherry on top is that they will not refund my R99 I paid even though they didn't give me any service. How much sense does that make? Where a customer pays for a service and doesn't get the service and is held at ransom because they can't get their refund back. Please do not use Aramex. They are the worst courier company I've used.I used the one at Pick n Pay Musgrave. Do not waste your time with these people.
