I had an Edgars insurance administered by Finrite. I initiated a claim for a damaged cellphone, It took them three weeks to collect the phone from my house. They eventually collected the cellphone from there they were silent. when I followed up with them I couldn't get a straight answer as to how far they are with my claim. Now when I call the call center, they always hang up on me because "The line is bad". I initiated the claim in June 2020 and they still haven't resolved my claim
Audi The Glen charged me R13 000 to do a diagnosis on my vehicle as well as to fix the over heating. Within 2 days the vehicle started overheating again. I subsequently booked it in again. They are now telling me that it is a different component in the vehicle that is causing the overheating and they need to charge me and additional R5 000. It seems very convenient that after my Car was with them it developed even bigger problems, for instance my heater is no longer working and the car is still overheating.
Axxess is the worst isp in the world, please don’t fall for the 2 months free because the money you are ‘saving’ will be used to constantly call their call center as the fibre is always down. They also have the worst customer service, they don’t care about their customers. 6 days without internet and when I try to cancel I am threatened with penalties. If you want proper internet on your fibre line don’t even consider Axxess
