Worst Courier Company Ever!!!!
This is the worst courier company ever!!!! My parcel has been out for delivery since 24 July 2025, today is 31 July 2025 and still no parcel. There is no way to make contact with this company as no numbers on their website for South Africa is working.

Worst Service Ever!
Company with the worst service ever. I logged a call on 02/02/2024 and till date 13/02/2024 I have received no help from Herotel. We have already spend over R2000 in data just to keep our business operational. I am definitely getting myself another service provider and cancelling all my accounts with them.

Worst & Unprofessional Service!
It has been 23 working days and I still haven't received my order. I am been sending emails asking when I will receive my order or they should refund me and I am still not getting any feedback from them.

Poor Service
I ordered from DM Office Solutions on the 11th of May 2023 and still my order is not delivered and today is the 24th of May 2023.
