I would like to complain about a poor service by Old Mutual Maponya Mall Office, My mother Mrs Oziey Ngubeni have been receiving a Life Policy which was done by my father after he passed away in 1992 my mom been getting her payment into her account since then until in September 2024 nothing came . So when she went to Maponya Mall Office on the 4th October 2024 she was informed that she will get a call and today is the 25th October no one called and thats a bad service for an old lady to get such a service and her ID 440907 0333 082 and contact number 076 608 5269. Please can she be updated what is the reason her deposit was not done and no one bothers to update her ,
On the 26 October 2023 I made an online purchase of FRIDGE - MORA/HISENSE - BAR - 92L - H125RTS and it was delivered on the 1st November 2023 but I was not around and the delivery people found my parent and she told me that they unboxed it the people who delivered and left it. But to my suprise when I checked the fridge it had a HUGE dent on the door and same time within an hour been delivered i sent an email to Fair Price and told them to come collect the Fridge back and even attached the picture of the damage but today is the 6th November no response to the issue and my INV :-619212. So either they refund me or they come and replace the fridge. I think their service is bad if no one responds to their own emails for queries.
I need to ask when will my mother receive her Social Grant money the last time she got it was in August 20023. Now its October she did not get her September and October money deposited in her account so we need to know what must she do now . Infact I am writting this to make a complain at your company and one of your staff my claim number is SAT269195/1 LIAB and I have been waiting too long without an update.Claim documents were requested by Ernest Mpholo on the: 27/7/2023 @ 8:17am and I emailed documents on the: 27/7/2023 @ 6:16pm. Assessor came at my place on the 3/8/2023 to check the car then Ernest requested for excess on the 12/9/2023 @ 10:40am, and by the time which excess has already been paid on the 28/8/2023 @ 11:31:11am. I emailed the proof of payment to Ernest on the 12/9/2023 @ 1:31pm I have been following up ever since to no assistance instead I'm always been put through a very rude consultant by the name of David. Who tells me that it's no his fault that Ernest does not revert back to me even when he has been the one advised that I leave my contacts for Ernest to call me back. Only for him to tell me after multiple attempts to get hold of Ernest to no avail and David tells me not hold my breath because Ernest will never call me. I have sent this issue to Consumer Commision since I see the chances of me be helped here are almost zero. I hope this will be taken to your highest consideration
Who knows whats the name of the lady from DHA that wants to be quoted? Because when I google this company in Mossel Bay it shows no sign of them operating.
