I’m so disappointed with the way the 24/7 road assistance consultant handled my case. I called at around 8pm and explained that my car is stuck and the problem isn’t the battery or the petrol. Instead of sending a tow truck to come assist, they said I have to pay R4000+ to be assisted as they only assist with 30km. How was this not explained to me? As a woman who was stranded more than 100km from home in South Africa I felt very unsafe and really worried. I had to get some other assistance, get myself home at 4am. Then what was I paying for all along?
I went to buy food and my order was incomplete. I bought with money and when I lodged a complaint. They just called and said sorry, I slept without eating and I can’t be refunded because I’m now in a different province? This is so disappointing. Worst Municipality ever, we live without water in Seshego zone 8. It’s been over 6/7 months now that we spend days without water supply. If there’s water; it’s at 4am and by 6am the water is cut off again yet we keep paying high bills of water. I even called the manager named Ndou, he told me it’s my problem we voted for the councillor who is representing us now. He was so rude and kept speaking with arrogance and that it’s not his problem. My question remains, if one is not up at 4am then what happens? Because even the water trucks are not sent to our area to assist. Now I understand why people have boreholes.
I’m so disappointed with the way my specialist visit claim was handled. I visited the dr and when the claim was done it was returned as unpaid. When I called the scheme I was told they deducted from my savings instead of specialist visit which they will correct (ref: 9019131100) in 3-5 working days, which wasn’t. They called me back and couldn’t reach me and an sms was sent. I called back a few days later to follow up on the reprocessing of the claim and was told it was supposed to be directed to another department which will do it manually and I will be informed in a few days (ref: 11173614585) and still it wasn’t done. I called AGAIN today to check and the lady I spoke to told me I don’t have benefits and it won’t be reprocessed or paid. Now my question is, what are the specialist visits for? Will I ever be assisted? Do I need to motivate every time I visit a specialist? This is so frustrating and now I owe more than R3000 whilst I have a medical aid. Ai
To whom it may concern I am very disappointed in your service as a company that has assured me that I will always be assisted when I took comprehensive insurance with budget. I got a double puncture on Friday evening around 19:00 in Pretoria. I contacted the emergency assistance or roadside assistance number and it was never answered. No one got back to me until I called on Saturday morning. All the consultants I spoke to came with no solution and no one is taking accountability for this *********** service. The last consultant said I don’t have tyre and rim insurance though my insurance is comprehensive whereas when I joined I was told road side assistance will ALWAYS assist me, with tyre punctures; petrol; towing; etc. I had to call a tyre shop that came and assisted and I had to pay from my own pocket whilst I pay for insurance. What does this mean? What does comprehensive insurance cover? Am I being **********? What is this? As a woman in South Africa; in 2024; at night with 2 tyre punctures… I felt unsafe and scared whilst my so called insurance didn’t even bother picking up the phone. I am disappointed!
I’ve tried several to have them remove my name from debt review as they do not pay ANYTHING for me! Horrible service, they never respond but when they wanted me to join they were very kind. But now rude and not helpful! PLEASE JUST REMOVE MY NAME, I don’t use their services. I was instructed to pay an admin fee and I did. But no help still. Horrible company to work with, you will regret your entire life!

But they never got back to me and I asked them to remove me from debt review but they are not helping me in any way whereas they never paid any debt on my behalf! Horrible service; the consultants were only good until I decided to cancel. They never helped me with anything. All I want is to be removed from debt review as no payment was ever made on my behalf!
