Good day, So here I was with a s**** in my hand, eating my favorite Woolworths Soya butter when I came across this massive air bubble (at least 3-4 tables****s) at the bottom. There's just nothing. Looks like a full jar, but it isn't. And in comparison to the exact same product (I love it so much, I always have a few jars in my cupboard) this specific batch isn't sweet at all. I'm convinced there isn't honey in this batch at all. Really very dissapointed. This is one of the few foods from your store that I can eat, and then one gets ripped off at the same time. Please sort this out, this was a really good product. Not okay.
Another week. Another long list of ignores. And another broken empty promise. I find it ironic how this was a woman's month giveway, and was supposed to empower and uplift women, yet dome how they how completely belittled and degraded each and every women who entered this ludicrous and fake giveway. It's disgusting. We are still waiting for our prizes and we are waiting for someone capable, professional and informed in the company to resolve the matter. It won't go away just by ignoring all of us. We want our prizes that we deserve and won.
Months later, and none of the winners from the Vivo Mobile Woman's Month Giveaway have received our prizes. Empty promises, lies and false hope dished out around every corner. It's near impossible for any of us to get hold of them, obviously no one on their end takes responsibility and here we are still waiting. False adverti*****t, non-existent customer services relations and overall a fake giveway. They should not be allowed to even have an Instagram account if they just market false adverti*****t and make empty promises to their followers. Disappointed.
It's been 2 months since I, and multiple other individuals won the Vivo Mobile Women's Month Giveaway. None of us have received our prizes and none of us can get hold of anyone in the company. I personally have contacted them on Instagram (where the giveaway took place), Facebook, on their website, as well as all the emails I could find. Occasionally a lady would call me to see whether or not I've received my prize (only after I tried numerous channels to communicate with someone in the company, without any success) and she'd promise that I'd get my prize by x date. Every single time. On none of the occasions did I receive any actual written communication that promised an exact date when I'd be sent my prize. Last week I got an email that supposedly claimed all the prizes were sent. None of us received our prizes. One of the requirements as a winner was that we needed to send our contact information, which means they have it and choose to ignore us and hope that the problem will go away. Each and every contestant entered on the basis that the company would good through with it's promise to whoever won. Which it did not. This is false advertising, terrible social media services and an overall reflection of a company that does not care about it's followers or customers. How is this okay? Can someone who is in the position to get the ball rolling once and for all, please send all the winners their prizes.
After yet another couple of weeks passing, many a call and email each with false promises, I still have not received my prize from Vivo Mobile that I won on their official Instagram early August. I have been called numerous times by a representative of the company, each time informed that someone from the marketing team would contact me by the end of the next day. Numerous times. No one has contacted me, I have not received my prize and every attempt to contact them leaves to yet another disappointing dead end. I am shocked and dissapointed that such a large company has zero inter company communications, that the marketing team takes one for a ride - and posts false adverti*****t. And that no one has had the professionalism to take this seriously and get the job done. I do believe they should be reported. As well as have their social media reported. False adverti*****t is not okay, and have a non-existent customer service is not professional. You cannot constantly refer someone to the next representative, back and forth with no one completing the query or task at hand. This is really disappointing. I truly thought this was a company worth supporting.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I entered a giveaway on Vivo's official Instagram account. It was marketed far and wide. I won the giveway and I was over the moon with excitement. I was contacted by them, via DM and asked to send my contact info, which I did. After not hearing anything for a long time, I sent them a DM and enquired about redeeming my prize. They said I'd be contacted by their marketing team via email. I got an email days later from the marketing team saying they'd send me all the information by the end of that week - that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard a single thing from that team again. I sent them another DM or two which they flat out read but ignored. I emailed them directly from their website, waited two days for a reply, after which I was told the right people would contacted me by the end of the next day, latest. I replied saying thank you. Days later I got a reply saying "pleasure" and saying if I needed any further assistance I could contact them. I have sent them to emails since telling them that still no one has contacted me, which they have also ignored and not responded to. Not only was this an entire false adverti*****t on their part, but their customer services is non existent and they got my hopes up just to be hugely disappointed. Massively disgusted and disappointed. I'll be sharing my horrible experience far and wide. Everyone should know what a fake presence their social media account is and that their giveaways are just a way to gain followers without the winner ever hearing something from the company. Not to mention their customer service being non existent. I'd give it a 0.0 rating of I could.
I've always liked Makro. Their stores are always so clean, and their staff are super helpful. But I've also appreciated the fact that they almost certainly have the thing you're looking for. Recently I decided to try their online store with their birthday sales going on. I got my items at the most amazing price, the checkout section online was super easy to toggle around with (unlike many online stores) and I got email updates as the parcel was being packed and shipped etc (I could also just check online) and the courier service they use is super fast, super friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how quickly placing the order my parcel was at my door. So impressed, that I made another purchase, and same remarkable experience. Honestly, so impressed with the entire service.
The Franschhoek Paintsmiths branch is an absolute favorite of my family. They have the most process, personable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you have a question or query, they'll help - and they'll go out of their way to do so. I am always leave satisfied and happy. I am extremely grateful that we have such an incredible branch in Franschhoek. Honestly highly recommend through and through.
During lockdown, I decided I needed some challenge to get my creative juices flowing. Pick 'n Pay Franschhoek recently started doing deliveries in and around Franschhoek. This was a much anticipated service. They started it just in time for lockdown. I am hugely impressed and happy with the incredible service they have delivered during these trying times. They give you a call if they don't have the specific item in stock, and they deliver the same day. I firmly believe that this addition to the Pick 'n Pay Franschhoek branch, in many ways contributed positively to limit the spread of Covid-19 in this little town. By delivering your food to your house, you limit the amount of people you come into contact with, and you can stay at home (and stop the spread). Big thank you to the drivers and everyone involved in this service. You are much appreciated.
