I have arrange a Spring day delivery for my Sister. I asked her to send me picture and what a disgrace. The picture on the website and the one she send was definitely not the same quality. Some of the carving on the wooden box can't even be read. I also arrange for my Mom a surprise, but to my surprise she got a wrong delivery. Two different disappointments on one day.
I have been waiting for a refund on broken items since 28 September. They promise they will refund within 24 hours but they never did it. If I follow-up they just make new promises, but that is all.
<p>I booked a wrong movie through myDorpie. When I realised my mistake I send an e-mail to them at 11:18. By 11:46 the same day my problem was rectified with no hassles at all. It is great to work with people who still want’s to help and who makes a difference. You go my Dorpie!!</p>
<p>I made a booking with Krislin Ranniit the Sales Manager and received more than I could have ever hoped for. She explained every port we will be visiting with highlights in detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate and shared a lot of traveller tips that is not widely known. I future I will insist that she handle all my queries.</p>
