If I could leave no star review I would - parcel left Durban on 5 December 2025, arrived in Johannesburg on 30 December 2025. Main centre to main centre guarantees 24-48 hours delivery. Recipient has moved to Cape Town, call centre agent promised the parcel would be re-routed to new delivery address but still nothing. Pathic service!!!!!!!!
Created shipment on 5th December major centre to major centre, recipient needs the parcel delivered by 10th as they are going overseas but there is no-one responding to chatbot and no contact number to call to track the shipment, looks as though it hasn't moved. so very disappointed, will never use them again!!!!
My broker, Alice Cadman, always offers excellent service. I know if I ask her for assistance or to update my policy she gets onto it immediately and the changes/quote is immediate! Thank you Alice for the great service!
I had the best experience with Azra Parkar, an Outsurance agent I dealt with though my recent claim with Outsurance. Azra was friendly and very helpful and she processed the claim through to completion in a very impressive time-frame. Thanks you Azra and Outsurance - great service, great delivery!!!!
I placed an order with them on 30 December 2023 - this order has not yet been processed and although they have rep**** to my initial email, they have not responded to my cancellation emails since - I require a full refund but they are now ignoring me - very poor service!!!
We purchased 3 packages - MS Office 2019, Adobe Illustrator 2023 and Photoshop 2023 in April 2023. All three packages are now not working so only lasted 7 months and we are not getting any response from their number or their email address - very poor service!
I don't normally have problems with their good for sale but I bought the MXQ TV Box and it doesn't work, I can't get onto Netflix which is the main reason why I bought it. I have tried emailing them and have sent whatsapp messages to help or replace but have had no response.
I have bought two software packages from them, the one stopped working less than 2 months after installation and the second will not extract the files so that I can install. I have tried emailing admin and support and have whatsapp'd a few times but have had no responses at all - I also tried calling their number which just shuts off after 4-5 rings. No after sales service whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have not flown SAA for many years for obvious reasons but attended a family wedding in Zimbabwe so flew Durban/Johannesburg/Harare return on SAA and had a really good experience. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food was really quite good. Most importantly, all flights were on time! Thank you SAA for a great experience!!
I had my eyes tested on 8 July 2023 - it's now the 11th of August and I still have not received my glasses. Fiurstly, Westville Junction branch did not have a decent selection of frames and I was promised that they would be receiving frames within the next two weeks. a month later and they still have not received frames. I was then asked to go into another store to select the frames I wanted, which I did on the same day and sent the details through - still nothing!!!!
