Absolutely pathetic
No stats earned. I had an appointment to view a unit. On the day we had to view I was told that the unit has been taken as another colleague took some clients. I told them it is unprofessional don't the agents talk to one another. I was told it is a competition and I am more than welcome to complain.0 replies

Online orders, bad bad bad
I have ordered shoes online and paid immediately via my bank card on 26 August, today is 12 September and didn't hear anything, non of my emails gets replied to and to top it all off, I went into the store where I asked my shoes to be delivered and they couldn't even give me a telephone number to follow up. Everyone pulls up their shoulders. I would like a refund and not the shoes. Pathetic1 reply
