Good luck booking a service

Just trying to get a service for my car is a nightmare, I have phones like 4 different branches that either tell me they don’t do services anymore or they don’t have service kits for the Beijing, try booking a service and then I am told the service department has gone home, this was at 5 , site states they close at 5:30, managed to get through then I have to provide a whole vin number , even though it’s not my first service it makes no sense why don’t the branches share a database. I didn’t have any issues with my first 2 services

Prepare to wait for One Deal a day

I ordered from them on the 28th of November, it is now 20th December close to a month and my order is still processing. I have contacted support multiple times on their Facebook messenger, but get generic responses, I have emailed them about a week ago, but no response. They say it should be shipped in 10 days, its been double that.

WASTE of TIME AND MONEY

A week now, internet speeds have not gone above 1 MB up and down, Support is useless, even though i have worked with some awesome and friendly people, none of them were able to help, now no one gets back to me, they actively ignore me, all their support platforms are usually offline or non working. How am i supposed to study online and work from home with these speeds R800 a month for literally nothing

Afrihost Stealing from their Customers

I started with their Fixed LTE product in January, and has given issues from day one, sure there was that whole story about the cables. but now i cannot get a bove 1mb upload or download speeds. when i contact support(if they answer) they apologize reset something and the result stays the same then they need to log it with someone, and no one gets back to me, since yesterday afternoon, i have sent many support queries of which none have been answered, phone line says unavailable, whatsapp support is offline and their online support is not replying. I have never received such bad service from anyone. I am paying a monthly fee for nothing. Want my money back as Afrihost is essentially stealing from their customers.
