Today marks the 28th business day of my attempt to claim back my R4000 deposit. I would be very hesitant to entrust WBC with my hard-earned cash in the future. Can someone please assist me with this?
2nd vehicle purchase and the last from WBC. Today is the 20th business day attempting to get deposit back. This is the last time I'll make use of this service. Here's your reps. Booking direct with airlines is cheaper than absa rewards travel. Not sure why I still make use of this service.

Extremely frustrated with ABSA. It's been over 5 weeks, and my claim is still unresolved. The communication has been terrible, with constant delays and no clear updates. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this process, but somehow, it's even worse the second time around. Very disappointed.
Rather use checkers60. Dash is a terrible service.

Don't bother with the Group Customer Care Social Media "team" - it's a one sided review processes that doesn't help. Really just a waste of time and effort. R5000 a year for insurance, and this is level of service. Stay clear for your mental health.
