I have a problem with aerial that moves and make noise i sent email on 19 Jan do follow up by calling on the 23 Jan to date I have not received and respond from their side. some company their service is very bad 👎 but comes to debit your money they don't look back. I only got reference number but never done follow up from my side
Aerial was not mounted well however they came after I made several call and also report the network challenge. I work from home i can't access internet they promised me that someone will ho to the tower and do whatever. that's mean tomorrow I must go to the office and do my work
I won't recommend anyone to MTN their service is poor and they don't give feedback to the client if there is a query
How long must a person lodge a complain with mtn regarding refund but my complain is not even escalated.i believe you just want us to complain for nothing Twitter will assist because I will tag you together with that horrible Mtn
Very bad experience with MTN I will never enter any contract with them or recomend someone to use it. The consultant will ignore you even if you have a proof
Mtn debited twice when I try to get hold of them I can't get them been sending emails requesting them to cancel my contract which ended in 16 Nov but they didn't instead they debited twice
My home router contract ended on the 16 Nov 2025 the beginning of Nov I went to the branch to cancel they couldn't and said I can cancel after 30 days to my surprise they billed me even more than what I was paying. I paid 514 but I was billed 668 without explanation I sent several emails regarding cancelation but up to date they didn't cancel but billed me.very upset and need my refund of 668. They know when to sent an invoice but when you called regarding network problem they don't attend to when you cancel they ask why do you cancel even though you explain to them that you have a network challenge which they don't attend to
I submitted my claim on the 22 Oct and person who assigned to my claim is Makhukho malatji I attached what was needed on the app she couldn't respond I called she sent an email saying I will get a response on the 27oct on the 27 I made a follow up seeing that she is not giving me a feedback again on the 28 I did follow up via email requesting if they can assigned my case to someone her respond was I should attached what was requested which I did on the 22 but she never look at them. Again ob the 28 Oct i attached what was needed but never got an response from her. What is their time frame to investigate the matter if it drag so long but when is time for debit order it doesn't take too long.
Not happy with how the sell themselves i had policy of home content with them during dec was away not sure if there was loadshedding or lighting because is raining season when i come back on the 2 Jan i found fridge and microoven not working so my friend advise me to claim since i pay home content with first for women to my suprise they decline and said those were not covered i hadnt got an explanation of what covered under home content, regretting to leave myway to first for women a **** insurance
