It's now over a week and still no response from Standard bank asset finance wrt my settlement figure.
I have been trying to get a settlement figure for my Vehicle finance account since last week. I have had no luck and my opportunity to purchase the vehicle I intend purchasing is gone.
I visited Circus Circus Gateway this evening at approximately 20h35. I was ushered to a seat and presented with the menu. My and family waited patiently for a waitron to assist us with our order. After about 15 minutes, my family left, whilst I went looking for the manager. After some time the manager was located, I explained my disappointment with their services. Only to be told that their should be 3 waitrons in that section. Never going to support them...ever
I was advised that I have an unpaid account at ER Consulting, eThekwini Hospital. I have a subsequent response from my medical aid, who advised me that the Trauma Unit ( ER Consulting) has charged me 300% of medical aid rate. I have asked for some correspondence whereby I acknowledged these charges. To date none received, yet I am harassed almost every hour via, sms, email and telephone call for payment.
Good Day, Can you kindly explain your marketing strategy for fibre. I am a community leader and our residents are frustrated with the fact that your marketers are banging on their gates and doors and to the extent stopping vehicles on the middle of the road to explain to them your products. I had a chat to a previous employer of yours that put a stop to this immediately but this has recurred once again. Over and above, we are living in a society were crime is out if control yet your marketers have no identification at all, only a bad attitude with a red Vodacom shirt. Please get them to stop immediately.
I visited Std Bank branch on 3 consecutive days, to fetch my credit card. Day 1, I waited 45mins outside in the queue, then entered the branch, 45 mins later was still waiting to be attended. I had to.leave due to another appointment. Day 2, waited outside the branch for 45mins and had to leave. Day 3, got here at 09h20, stood in the queue for 30mins, entered the branch, it's now 11h17 still not been attended too. Pathetic service
