Cell c bull****
I am a loyal cell c customer for the past 19 years and today my phone was ******.i live in Vryburg and there is no cell c store. I called several times to complete a SIM swap but I'm being told to go to the shop or write an email why I can't go to the shop, Although there is no cell c shop in Vryburg. These people say that i must write an email to let them know that there is no cell c in Vryburg whilst they know. My bank apps can't be switched because I don't have the registered number from the ****** phone.cell is bull****.i would not recommend it to anyone.

OOBA house insurance nightmare.CLAIM REF OOBA396028
I logged a claim for my gate motor on the 27th December 2024 after coming from home. The gate motor just opened and failed to close. No communication from my insurance only one email indicating that mbali molele will handle my claim. I haven't received any further communication but im paying them almost R500 monthly without any hassels. What a ****yy insurance is better I ho back to absa.

Miway hell
I recently had a waterpump issue with my car and lodged a claim with miway had to pay it my self. This bull**** insurance in collusion with motorite says I only qualify for 1000 while my policy is a double up which is 3000. They try to come up with all sorts of stories not to pay up. I will not recommend miway to any1. When you contact them,they ignore you.

Miway hell
Miway is bull****,every time I have to claim there is always a hurdle,my car blew the water pump on Sunday and was leaking. I lodged a claim om Monday 01st July2024 for mechanical warranty and even now no reply. No body bothers to call me and my claim has been forwarded to a third party Motorite with horrible reviews. I need the car tomorrow to fetch my children from my hometown but upto now noreply. I am the one who is calling them left and right. They must indicate timeously whether they pay or not so I can pay myself and mindu the money does not even surpass 5000,if it were more I would understand. I think this is were our road ends,cnt be subjected to this mideocre service for this long. I have to shop for alternative.

Absa nightmare
I have a bond with absa and is deducting money from my employer payslip. This month they just decided to deduct from my bank while the debit order was canceled long time ago. Now I cnt pay my debts because of this **** bank. It's a nightmare have been calling them and they are just waiting my airtime no solution.

Cell c **** and ******
I have 3 contracts with this kaak company and one of my contracts is due for an upgrade but I want to cancel it. They indicated that I must call 084143 for cancelation. I called it thrice and all the lame excuses were provided just to ensure that I don't cancel. The last excuse was that the cancelation can't be processed Because I owe R1. I'm I erreas with R1 for the last 31 days which I was never informed about in the first place. Cell c is a **** play very far from it,I have 16years of service with them, but this is how they treat me.i would not recommend cellc to anybody taking the matter to consumer protection tomorrow

MIWAY CLAIM NIGHTMARE C1789436
Claim is approved now they want to send me to some bogus backyard panel beater with no credentials and are lying about the reputable panel beater not being approved to work on gwm. This insurance is bull****,I even told them if I wanted a backyard panel beater there would be no need for me to pay insurance. I wouldn't recommend miway to anyone,when they call you ran for your life or you just calling stress. They will not even call you to update you,I wasted about R150,00 calling to check the status of my claim. What a mess.

Unauthorized online transaction nightmare
Useless bank ever,I was on online shopping for replay and I stopped before confirming that the website is true or not and I tried canceling before confirmation and while canceling the transaction was approved without my confirmation.i immediately called the bank to get the money back and stop the transaction and I was reprimanded like a child and told that they will investigate while people are eating my money. My loyalty to them is reaching an end of term. Money taken is R1634.
