Wonderful customer service and the quality of the product received exceeded my expectations.
After initial discussions this business stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages. I’m guessing they don’t want to do business with me. Being downright rude is not the way to do well in business
Made an appoitment with Vincent. When he was already an hour late I checked if he was still coming and he confirmed that he was on his way. He then did not show up at all and ignored my next message. What happened to good manners?

But I have finally found someone that is REALLY good and don't rush through the job. This company even managed to remove water stains left by the previous company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have sent numerous emails to them about a double deduction and I simply do not get a response back. There is no telephone number listed for them on their website or with Telkom. A bunch of crooks!!
I booked a car rental on this companies online website and the process was great. The problem is that I subsequently changed the number of days rental and at that time was immediately debited for the full (new period's) insurance. When I enquired about the refund for the old period I was told it can take up to 21 days if done by a third party. It is now 6 weeks later and despite a number of emails I have not received the refund. My last two email remain unanswered. There is no telephone number listed so only emails available to try and resolve a query
My contract has expired and for the last month (or more) I've been getting a DAILY sms reminding me that I can upgrade. There is no STOP to opt out of these irritating daily reminders.
Their accounts department send threatening and incorrect emails and do not respond to emails. When I received the account the service was provided a week ago. Their terms are 30 days but the email stated that the account is overdue and that 'several' attempts has been made to recover the money without any success and that the account will be handed over to lawyers and costs incurred will also be on-charged. This is not an isolated incident, my husband had exactly the same experience a few years ago I have sent two emails and submitted a complaint on their website - they have not responded
They have decided that their 48 hour turnaround time for the Coronavirus is now 72 hours. At R990 per test.
