My wife was admitted at 22:00 Sunday the 27th of August. She could not take it there anymore and was dis harged 15:30 the next day. Due to us not having medical aid I had to pay a deposit of R12000.00 before they would admit her. It's been 2 weeks waiting for Cormed to finalize my account. She definitely did not receive great service. I'm very disappointed in the service of this establishment.
Good day. I have a judgement against me from Nedbank. According to them the loan was taken in 2012 but the judgement was issued in 2020. I was never contacted regarding this matter. Since February 2022 I've been requesting the loan contract documents with no luck. They either don't answer or say that they'll get back to me. I've contacted the NCR and they informed me to log disputes at all credit bureau's. This is also not working as they inform me that I need to go to the court where the judgement was issued. The lawyers that handled the case informed me that they handed the case back to Nedbank. Nedbank can't give me any info regarding the loan documentation. Not a signed document or recording. This is over 10 years ago. What can I do?
For a second time now they're not paying for my medical treatment. Doctor sent me for blood tests which they did not pay. Now I have lawyers phoning me. Went to the dentist to replace a filling. Got a bill from the dentist saying Affinity did not pay.
Its a joke at the moment. I have to pay everything upfront because the Network doctors complain they do not get paid or not paid on time. The whole reason you have medical insurance is to cover you when you have an emergency. If I have to pay everything upfront then I don't need Affinity. They don't cover my new blood pressure meds. I got authorization for the call center to go and see the network doctor and then they don't pay the full consultation and leave me with the rest.
