Very terrible service, been waiting for the Bus at Pietermaritzburg since 6pm as the bus was supposed to depart at 7:30pm, no one has communicated with passengers as to why tje bus is late or how long it will take. Since 7:30 pm till now, we are still waiting for the City To City bus, this is totally unacceptable, to make matters worse, the number they included in the confirmation sms does not work. We are now stranded, not knkwing whether the bus is coming or not, it's pathetic.
CCI SANDTON - A place that exploits agents, there's always an issue with salaries, they are not paying agents their salaries. First they tell you the basic salary is R5000 and then thereafter they take R600 from that R5000, for transport to take you home when you knock off. You will receive a payslip showing that your basic salary is R3615 yet you were told your basic salary is R5000. I have never gotten my full salary ever since I started at CI SANDTON, there's always a pay query, I'm having a pay query for the third time now and I still haven't received my money from November. This is not right, you can't do that to people.
Incompetent company doesn't value customers. I tooka bus from Johannesburg to Durban on 26/03/2020 which was supposed to leave at 11:30 however decided to leave at 12:00. The driver stated that the bus had no diesel so he wants to pass by a garage for diesel which I don't understand how it was possible for a bus to take people without diesel. As we stopped at a nearby garage it was too full the driver said we will have to push the bus if diesel runs out. We received a very bad service these buses should not be in use as the company is very incompetent and inconsiderate. I would really want 50%of my money refunded back to me as the service we received was ****
