Still waiting on a refund of Jamie Fine show cancelled beginning of October 2025. This is absolutely shocking and ridiculous !!!!!
I have been trying to resolve my DebiCheck issue with Impaq for weeks now! They keep telling me to accept the mandate that they are sending, but I am not receiving anything!! I have re-sent my banking details (which has not changed!) twice now. The email replies are insignificant and does not address the issue, does not provide a solution and gets passed on from dept to dept. I have never experienced such incompetent service, but then again last year's registration process and communication was just as bad!!! My son is in Matric this year and has not received any books and his profile is still blocked, although I paid my deposit last year 1 December 2020 already. I have also sent emails to confirm that they can switch my payment method to EFT payment because they cannot get the DebiCheck to work somehow. Terrible, terrible service and communication.
